A school leaver with poor grades, but a desire to have it all in her career, at times broken, tired and overwhelmed...

By the age of 22, I became the youngest senior leader in the company. I was passionate about helping my team succeed and had a fierce determination to achieve results. I loved learning and was always eager for more.

But despite all my success, I felt a constant weight on my shoulders. Anxiety, exhaustion, and the pressure to please others followed me throughout my 15-year corporate career. Even with unforgettable highs and lifelong friends, I knew something was missing.

Corporate life

1999 - 2015

I found myself running a retail department store and achieving company leading results, but still, that emptiness remained.

Within just 18 months, my business had become one of the fastest growing in the UK. Making the move from a corporate career to entrepreneurship was truly life changing. It enabled me to speak at many events hosted in various European countries, across the Middle East and in the USA. The personal growth that I've experienced over the past decade has been phenomenal, and I wouldn't trade this journey for anything.

It wasn't an easy decision to leave my job, but it was the right one. With my newfound freedom, I could finally devote my time and energy to helping others grow and reach their full potential. I discovered my true purpose in life, and it was exhilarating.

Transforming My Passion, Skills and Experience into My Life's Purpose

Like many people, the 2019 global pandemic gave me an opportunity to grow and pivot in both my life and business. I enjoyed using this time to enhance my professional development by learning new skills and I worked hard to became an accredited high performance coach, working with the incredible Tony Robbins.

In 2021 my biggest dream came true; after a decade of waiting, I had finally fallen pregnant and was excited to become a first time Mum. Later that year my Partner and I welcomed our son, Ryan into the world. The most precious gift that we could ever have wished for. Life is now about juggling motherhood and my enormous passion to help others to shine while chasing their own dreams!
